Mar 21, 2022, 01:24 PMAnyone with a Business class ticket, whether "lite" or a redemption booking or "full flexi" gets the same lounge access, same F&B in flight etc. The only difference is in flexibility of changes, mileage earn rate and eligibility to upgrade to First.
