Mmflyer. Do you ever post anything constructive or intelligent?
From what you have been posting it is evident that you only seem to like putting people down and posting sarcastic remarks. So how about just going away and crawl into your little hole and leave these forums to the adults.
Can’t speak for the route / month specifically, but have had the GF meal on Emirates economy long haul many times. There seems to be only two dishes in rotation - fish with bland tomato based sauce and veg or chicken with bland tomato based sauce and veg.
The breakfasts / light meals are equally dry, bland and uninspiring.
My advice is to eat well in the lounge and pack plenty of snacks!

My wife is Coeliac, but no longer chooses Gluten Free on Qantas International. She is prepared to take the punt on whatever else is available and avoid the breads.
The Gluten Free offering on Qantas appears to be the same offerred to vegetarians and/or vegans. Very unappetising.

If that's the best response from you that you have then you have truly shown how childish a person you are.

The topic starter asked a simple reasonable question and deserves a sensible non sarcastic answer none of which you have supplied.
