Just received my first invitation by Virgin to attend an in-person focus group meeting next month. Sadly, I'm unable to attend - and there's nothing I can do to avoid that conflict as I'll be overseas that week. But I felt that Virgin deserves a bit of a 'shout out', credit or recognition here that they are seeking face-to-face feedback from loyal fliers, including people like me who, when responding to their surveys, have not held back giving them a 'real spray' when I thought they were heading in the wrong direction of pursuing a blatantly woke initiative. FWIW, I've always responded to their customer surveys within 24 hours of receipt.

Thanks Virgin for listening (reading), hope to get asked again.

They recently have removed companion priority baggage based off a recent flight to Queenstown I went on. This is extremely inconvenient as you end up waiting for the non-priority bags at the airport, can someone please raise this at this forum.
